Baylor has two student seating areas at McLane Stadium including the Baylor Line (first-year students) and general admission student section above the Baylor Line (all students.)
Get Ready for Game Day
We wanted to pass along some important information as you prepare for the season and take your place in the Baylor Line.
- Step 1: Set Up Your Student Ticket Account (Your information will be added to the Student Ticket database on August 21, 2024. You will not have access before this day.)
- Step 2: Mark Your Calendars for Every Monday of a Home Game week @ 4pm for the Weekly Ticket Lottery. There are six home games this year, with the first on August 31st . First-year students, you will be able to select your Baylor Line Ticket needed to run and sit in the Baylor Line section on a first come first serve basis.

Baylor Line FAQ
The Baylor Line is the core of Baylor Spirit and Traditions as an organization composed entirely of new incoming students. The Line, established in 1970, represents the commitment of the entire Baylor Nation to support and cheer on our Bears. All new students represent this great tradition by wearing a football jersey with the number of their graduation year and a nickname on the back. Prior to each home football game, the Line gathers at the south end of McLane Stadium and, led by the cheers of alumni and fans, runs onto the field and created an enormous human tunnel to welcome the football team to McLane Stadium. After each player and coach has entered the stadium, The Line takes their seats in an exclusive Baylor Line section behind the opponent's bench to cheer on the Bears to victory.

Yes, you will need to claim a Baylor Line student ticket ahead of each home game in order to participate. The cost of student athletic tickets are included with your tuition and fees.
In order to be in the Baylor Line, you MUST be wearing a Baylor Line Jersey as this is at the heart of the Baylor Line tradition.
No, you do not. You will receive an Official Baylor Line Jersey as part of your registration to Baylor Line Camp. You will not receive a traditions box unless you decide to purchase one in addition to Baylor Line Camp registration. To purchase a traditions box, visit the link below and select the traditions box that does NOT include a jersey at checkout.
Students may order an Official Baylor Line Jersey Bundle for $95. If you are attending Baylor Line Camp, you will receive an Official Baylor Line Jersey with your registration and may purchase a T-shirt Bundle separately for $65. To order, visit the link HERE.
All orders are to be shipped via UPS. If you are an International, Hawaii or Alaskan student please, use your One Bear Place address on campus so it is here when you arrive in Waco.
Yes - all first year students are invited to participate, regardless of graduation year! Your Official Baylor Line Jersey number will reflect your anticipated graduation year. When placing your order, you will be given the opportunity to select your graduation year.
Yes! All band members who have purchased a Baylor Line Jersey are allowed to participate in the Baylor Line their first year. After their pre-game performance, they will join the other members of the Baylor Line at the South end of the stadium to rush the field with their fellow classmates.
